Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Lead and supervise end-to-end operations of the Mortgage loan department.
Ø Develop and implement credit policies, documentation standards, and risk assessment protocols.
Ø Ensure timely processing, sanctioning, and disbursement of mortgage loans.
Ø Monitor loan portfolio performance and take measures to reduce NPAs.
Ø Coordinate with legal, technical, compliance, and audit teams for due diligence.
Ø Ensure full compliance with RBI and HFC guidelines.
Ø Promote digitization and automation within mortgage loan operations.
Ø Mentor, guide, and evaluate the performance of the mortgage team.
Ø Provide regular MIS and performance reports to senior management.
Ø Collaborate with sales, recovery, and service teams to enhance customer experience.
