Job PurposeThe Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for restaurant operations and support functions, ensuring timely hiring of suitable candidates across multiple locations. The role requires strong sourcing skills, industry networking, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and joining follow-up.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

• Understand manpower requirements from Branch Heads, Operations and Department Heads.
• Prepare and maintain vacancy and manpower requirement reports.
• Ensure vacancies are closed within the agreed timelines.
• Recruit for both restaurant operations and corporate/support functions.

2. Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, walk-ins and hospitality networks.
• Develop a strong database of candidates for recurring restaurant positions.
• Conduct continuous sourcing for critical and high-volume positions.
• Build recruitment pipelines for future restaurant openings.

3. Hospitality Recruitment

Handle recruitment for positions including:

• Branch Head / Restaurant Manager
• Assistant Restaurant Manager
• F&B Manager
• Captains & Stewards
• GRE / FO Executives
• Chefs / CDP / Commis
• Tandoor / Chinese / Biryani / South Indian / Bakery professionals
• Kitchen Supervisors
• Store Keepers
• Housekeeping / KST Staff
• Security
• Drivers
• Delivery Staff
• Maintenance and other support positions

4. Screening & Interview Coordination

• Screen CVs and applications based on job requirements.
• Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
• Assess candidates for experience, communication, salary expectations, location and availability.
• Coordinate interviews with Branch Heads, Operations Heads and Department Heads.
• Maintain proper interview and selection records.

5. Offer & Joining Management

• Coordinate salary discussions and offer approvals.
• Communicate offer details to selected candidates.
• Follow up with candidates until their date of joining.
• Maintain a daily joining tracker.
• Minimize candidate dropouts and no-shows through regular engagement.

6. Recruitment Drives

• Organize walk-in interviews and mass recruitment drives.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns for new restaurant openings.
• Visit hospitality institutes, hotels, restaurants and other relevant talent sources.
• Establish relationships with hospitality colleges and training institutes.

7. Recruitment Agencies & Vendors

• Coordinate with approved recruitment consultants and manpower agencies.
• Monitor agency performance and candidate quality.
• Maintain recruitment vendor records and agreements.
• Ensure recruitment is carried out within approved hiring costs.

8. Recruitment MIS

Maintain regular reports covering:

• Source-wise Recruitment

• Strong coordination with Operations and HR teams
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment MIS
• Qualification & ExperienceBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality or related field.
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the restaurant, hotel or hospitality industry.
• Candidates with strong hospitality recruitment networks will be preferred.
