Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Connect with prospective customers through outbound calls to generate and schedule high-quality leads for the Sales team.
  • Make approximately 250 outbound calls per day.
  • Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Schedule meetings or site visits for qualified prospects with the Sales team.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure continuous engagement and improve lead conversion.
  • Provide accurate information about Livspace's products and services while resolving basic customer queries.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets
