Job Title: Field Recruiter – Driver Recruitment

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented Field Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The role involves going into the field to identify, approach, and recruit potential auto drivers, explain the job opportunity, and support them through the onboarding process.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field work, meeting people, sourcing candidates, and working towards recruitment targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource and identify potential auto drivers through field visits, referrals, local networks, and other channels.
• Approach and engage with prospective drivers and explain the company's work opportunities, requirements, and benefits.
• Screen candidates based on eligibility and role requirements.
• Coordinate with the recruitment/onboarding team to move suitable candidates through the hiring process.
• Follow up with interested candidates and ensure timely completion of the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates sourced, contacted, shortlisted, and onboarded.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Build strong relationships with local communities and driver networks to create a consistent candidate pipeline.
• Participate in recruitment drives, local campaigns, and other sourcing activities as required.
• Provide regular updates on field activities, candidate status, and recruitment progress.
• Requirements0–2 years of experience in field recruitment, sales, field sales, telecalling, driver recruitment, or a similar role.
• Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are also welcome.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with extensive field work and meeting candidates in different locations.
• Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and applications such as WhatsApp and Google Maps.
• Knowledge of local areas and communities will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence would be an advantage.
