Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, handle GST and TDS-related documentation, and support financial reporting and compliance.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, ledgers, and financial records.
2. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
3. Assist with GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
4. Prepare monthly MIS reports, expense statements, and other financial reports.
5. Manage petty cash, vendor payments, customer collections, and outstanding balances.
6. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
7. Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, receipts, and supporting records.
8. Coordinate with auditors, vendors, clients, and internal teams for accounting-related activities.

• Required SkillsGood knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP or Tally Prime.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Candidate RequirementsQualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.
