About the Role

We're looking for a goal-oriented and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will convert warm, provided leads into successful enrollments through proactive follow-ups across phone, email, and chat. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects through the entire enrollment journey, addressing their queries, overcoming objections, and ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to registration.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with provided leads to drive registrations and meet individual and team sales targets
• Conduct structured, persistent follow-ups via phone calls, emails, and chat to keep prospects engaged and move them down the sales funnel
• Understand prospect needs, clarify doubts regarding offerings, handle objections effectively, and guide candidates through the complete registration/enrollment process
• Maintain precise and timely records of all lead interactions, communication history, and conversion statuses in CRM software
• Use MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs for regular data tracking, pipeline management, and daily status reporting
• Share daily updates on lead status, conversion metrics, follow-up progress, and operational challenges with team leads

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Academic Sales, EdTech Sales, or target-driven customer-facing roles
• EdTech industry experience highly preferred (familiarity with academic sales cycles, working professionals, and student engagement is a strong plus)
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities
• Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and advanced skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, comfortable with high-volume outreach, and thrives under target-driven pressure
