Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Understand manpower requirements and job descriptions.
Source candidates through portals, referrals, agencies, and social media.
Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Schedule interviews and follow up for feedback.
Discuss salary, notice period, and joining date with candidates.
Coordinate offer letters and appointment formalities.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Maintain candidate and recruitment databases.
Coordinate with department heads on vacancies and hiring status.
Prepare and maintain recruitment reports.
Coordinate new-joiner onboarding with HR and other departments.
Maintain recruitment records and documents for compliance and audit purposes.
