Job Description
Relationship & Scheme Management
- Lead the CRM Operations and the team while coordinating the workflow.
- Inform customers about active promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, exchange offers and gold investment/advance scheme programs.
- Collect and record guest feedback, addressing minor queries promptly and escalating grievances or suggestions to the Floor Manager.
- Assist in capturing accurate customer contact details for CRM and loyalty program registration.
Operations & Floor Coordination
- Monitor the main entrance, reception area and lounge to ensure they remain spotless, presentable, and well-organized at all times.
- Efficiently manage customer flow during festive seasons, rush hours, and special promotional events.
- Coordinate with floor sales consultants, security staff, and cash counter teams to ensure seamless service transition for every guest.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Customer satisfaction ratings and positive floor feedback.
- Accurate recording of walk-in data and customer contact details.
- Turnaround time in attending to arriving guests and managing wait times.
- Participation in promoting loyalty schemes and seasonal campaigns.
