Equipment Service Engineer

About Employer of Summary:

As a Service Engineer at Tulin Instruments, you will provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for scientific and instrumentation products. You will travel extensively across India to various client locations, ensuring the efficient operation and performance of the systems we support. This is a full-time position based in Chennai.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of scientific and instrumentation products according to established procedures and guidelines. 

2. Travel extensively across India to client locations for servicing and installation requirements. 

3. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements. 

4. Provide technical support to customers by effectively communicating solutions and recommendations. 

5. Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including service reports, repair logs, and equipment records. 

6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines during service visits.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma in Electronics or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Electronics or a related field). 

2. Ability to travel extensively across India. 

3. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. 

4. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures.
