Electrical / Electronics Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Test Rig Maintenance & Diagnostics Conduct routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance on specialized test rigs (e.g., hydraulic, pneumatic,

electromechanical, thermal, and fatigue test benches).

• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and electro-hydraulic faults swiftly to minimize system downtime.

• Perform periodic calibration, functional testing, and performance validation of test rigs to maintain high measurement accuracy.

2. Sensor Instrumentation & Data AcquisitionInstall, wire, calibrate, and troubleshoot industrial sensors and transducers, including LVDTs, RVDTs, load cells, pressure

transmitters, RTDs, thermocouples, and flowmeters.

• Interface hardware with data acquisition systems (DAQ) and software environments like LabVIEW or custom PC-based logging platforms.

• Ensure signal integrity, noise reduction, and proper grounding across sensitive analog and digital instrumentation loops.

3. PLC Operation & Industrial , test, debug, and commission PLC code (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, or equivalent platforms) for automated test

sequences, data logging, and process control.

• configure HMI and SCADA software interfaces for real-time monitoring, alarm management, and operator control.

• Implement closed-loop control algorithms, PID tuning, and automated safety interlocks to protect equipment and operators during high-stress test cycles.
