Job Description

We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations and support sales growth. The candidate will handle product listings, order processing, inventory updates, customer coordination, and online promotions across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Netmeds, Meesho, Tata 1Mg etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings and catalog updates
  • Process online orders and track deliveries
  • Monitor inventory and pricing
  • Handle customer queries and returns
  • Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners
  • Support online marketing and sales campaigns
  • Prepare sales and performance reports

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
  • Good communication and computer skills
  • MS Excel knowledge preferred
