Job OverviewWe are looking for energetic and target-driven Telesales Executives with expertise in inside sales and customer handling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, pitching our services/products, resolving customer inquiries, and closing sales over the phone. Strong communication in English and Tamil is mandatory.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound/inbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company products/services.
• Manage end-to-end inside sales processes from lead qualification to deal closure.
• Address customer queries, handle objections professionally, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a systematic sales pipeline and follow up consistently with leads.
• Record customer interactions, feedback, and sales updates accurately in the system/CRM.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience: Prior experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Support/Handling.

• Mandatory: Fluent in English and Tamil.
• Preferred: Knowledge of additional languages (Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, etc.) is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
