Job Description

Job Title: Banking Voice Process Executive – Personal Loan 

Company: Tecloudex Solutions Private Limited 

Job Location: Durga Towers, Near Egmore Eye Hospital, Chennai 

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) 


Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for Personal Loan customers.
  • Explain personal loan products, eligibility, and benefits to customers.
  • Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
  • Verify customer details and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist customers throughout the loan application process.
  • Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professional communication.
