Job Responsibilities

 Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding product loan offerings. 

 Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and required documentation. 

 Generate and qualify leads for the sales team. 

 Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. 

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing. 

 Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM/system. 

 Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets. 

 Handle customer queries professionally and maintain high service standards. 

Eligibility

 Any Graduate or Undergraduate. 

 Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. 

 Excellent communication skills in Tamil are mandatory. 

 Basic English communication is preferred. 

 Good interpersonal and convincing skills. 

 Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations. 

Preferred Skills

 Strong communication and negotiation skills. 

 Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach. 

 Ability to build rapport with customers. 

 Experience in telecalling, banking, NBFC, finance, or loan sales is an added advantage.
