About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and social-media-focused Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking, an active interest in social media, and the ability to create engaging images, videos, Reels, Shorts, and other digital content.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining our social media presence, developing new content ideas, creating and editing videos, and ensuring that content is suitable for different platforms and audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Actively manage and maintain the company's social media platforms.
• Plan and publish regular content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, and content styles.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule.
• Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to improve social media performance.

Content Creation

• Develop creative ideas for posts, videos, Reels, Shorts, stories, and promotional content.
• Create content that is relevant to the company's brand, products, services, and target audience.
• Adapt content according to different social media platforms.
• Write engaging captions, headlines, and short-form content.
• Research trending topics and convert relevant trends into suitable content ideas.

Video Creation & Editing

• Create engaging and professional short-form videos.
• Develop content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and social media campaigns.
• Edit videos with appropriate cuts, transitions, captions, music, effects, and graphics.
• Select suitable visuals, audio, and background music for each video.
• Create videos based on current social media trends.
• Ensure videos are properly formatted for different platforms.
• Support the team in creating promotional and brand-related video content.

Creative Thinking

• Bring fresh and innovative content ideas regularly.
• Experiment with different content formats and creative approaches.
• Understand what type of content is suitable for different audiences.
• Convert simple ideas or business requirements into engaging visual content.
• Continuously research new trends, creative styles, and content strategies.

Required Skills

• Strong creative thinking and idea-generation skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms.
• Strong interest in content creation and digital media.
• Good knowledge of social media trends.
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills.
• Good image editing and graphic design skills.

Editing Tools

Knowledge of any of the following tools will be an advantage:

• Other video/image editing tools

Performance Expectations

The candidate will be expected to:

• Maintain the company's social media platforms consistently.
• Follow the agreed content calendar and posting schedule.
• Create high-quality and engaging content regularly.
• Develop new content and video ideas every week.
• Stay updated with relevant social media trends.
• Complete assigned content within the required deadlines.
• Maintain consistency in brand style and communication.
• Improve content quality based on engagement and performance.
• Track basic metrics such as views, reach, engagement, and followers.
• Suggest new ideas to improve social media presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Visual Communication, Media, Journalism, Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Freshers with strong creative skills and a good portfolio are welcome.
• Candidates with experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, Video Editing, or Digital Marketing are preferred.

Experience : 0–1 years of relevant experience.
