Client Service Executive - Hindi Speaking
Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai I Full-time I 1–4 years experience
Hindi: Mandatory
ABOUT US
Arihant Maxsell Technologies (Maxsell) – 17+ years supplying XRF gold testing machines to jewellers, banks, hallmarking centres and gold loan companies across India.
THE ROLE
You are the first voice a customer hears when their machine needs help. You log the issue, get it to the right engineer, and keep the customer updated until it's fixed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Handle customer calls in Hindi and understand the issue
- Raise service tickets and track each one to closure
- Coordinate with Technical Support and Field Service Engineers
- Follow up on open tickets and keep customers informed
- Keep accurate records in our ticketing/CRM system
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Fluent Hindi (must)
- 1–4 years in customer care, technical support or service coordination
- Hands-on with a ticketing/CRM tool
- Good computer skills and a strong follow-up habit
- Bonus: basic understanding of electronic/electrical equipment
