WE ARE HIRING CLIENT RELATIONSHIP OFFICER

1.Lead Generation & Sales: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, articulate the value of products or services, and convert leads into sales opportunities.

2.Customer Inquiry Management: Handle inbound calls, address customer questions, and resolve complaints professionally.

3.Database Maintenance: Accurately log call details, customer feedback, and information updates into the company's CRM or database.

4.Follow-Ups: Conduct regular follow-up calls to nurture prospects and maintain long-term customer relationships.

5.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (e.g., number of calls made, leads generated, or deals closed).
