Centre Manager – IT Training InstituteCompany: Blue Ball Technologies

Location: Chennai

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Centre Manager to manage our IT training centre and drive admissions, sales, team performance, and daily operations.

  • ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day centre operations.
  • Achieve monthly admission & revenue targets.
  • Manage and motivate counsellors and centre staff.
  • Handle student counselling, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
  • Coordinate trainers, students, HR & placement teams.
  • Conduct seminars, campaigns, and local marketing activities.
  • Track leads, conversions, collections, and centre performance.
  • Ensure excellent student experience and resolve concerns.
  • Requirements2–5 years experience in EdTech / Training Institute / Education Sales / Centre Management.
  • Strong communication, sales, leadership & team-management skills.
  • Target-oriented with good negotiation and counselling skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
