Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting potential clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting our software/digital solutions, and converting appointments into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients based on appointments scheduled by our telecalling team.
• Meet business owners and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
• Present and explain our company's software/digital marketing services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into customers.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Maintain regular updates on client visits and sales activities.

Requirements:

• 6 months–5 years of experience in Business Development / Field Sales / B2B / B2C Sales preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in meeting and speaking with business owners.
• Two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Personal Laptop
• Valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel within Chennai for client meetings.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
