Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential dealers, distributors, EPC companies, and channel partners.
- Generate and follow up on B2B sales leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solar products and solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential business partners.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer and lead information in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Tamil fluency is mandatory with basic English/Hindi.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Interest in B2B sales and business development.
- Fresher or candidates with 0–2 years of sales experience can apply.
- Candidates with experience in solar, electrical products, B2B sales, dealer/distributor sales, or channel sales will be preferred.
- Personal laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory for this role.
