Business Development Executive (BDE)

Black Architects is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing residential construction business in Chennai.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with architects, property brokers and prospective homeowners, arranging site visits, following up with leads and converting enquiries into residential construction projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads for residential construction projects through field visits, networking, referrals, calls and online channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, property consultants, real estate brokers and other referral partners.
• Identify homeowners who are planning to construct, renovate or develop residential properties.
• Make outbound calls and conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements, budget, plot details and construction needs.
• Arrange and coordinate site visits with prospective clients.
• Work closely with the management team to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits and sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
• Regularly report sales activities, prospects and pipeline status to management.
• Represent the company professionally during client and field meetings.
