Job Description:
We are looking for a "Business Development Executive" to handle lead generation, student counselling, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and manage leads.
* Counsel prospective students about courses.
* Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into admissions.
* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
* Maintain lead and conversion records.
* Build strong relationships with prospective students.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
* Freshers can apply.
* Experience in Sales/BDE/Education Counselling is preferred.
