Job Description
- Data Management & Entry: Update and maintain digital and physical records, spreadsheets, databases, and files.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare regular internal reports, filing, summaries, invoices, billing records, and contract trackers.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor office and operational inventory, track stock levels, and maintain the availability stock.
- Communication: Communicate and follow the staff to record the complaints
- Scheduling & Support: Managing the calls and schedule the received the complaint.
