Job Description
• Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across sectors such as construction, real estate, resorts, corporates, and government projects.
• Generate own leads through networking, research, and field outreach.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits to pitch solar lighting solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals while ensuring profitability.
• Develop strong rapport with decision-makers and maintain long-term relationships.
• Work closely with management to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Report sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights regularly.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales, project pitching, and turnkey solution selling.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized with strong follow-up ability.
• Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently.
