Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant with strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and day-to-day accounting activities. The candidate should be capable of independently handling accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial records.

• Key Responsibilities
• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and income tax requirements.
• Manage bank reconciliation, vendor payments, customer receipts, and outstanding balances.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with monthly and annual financial closing and audit requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation, vouchers, invoices, and statutory records.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks whenever required.
• Work with Tally Prime and MS Excel for accounting and reporting.
• Required Qualifications & Skills Any Degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Good communication, accuracy, and time-management skills.
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Preferred Location: Candidates residing within approximately 10 km of Teynampet, Chennai, are preferred.
• Joining: Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.
