Job Title: Telesales Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, following up with prospective clients, and converting leads into sales.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Explain company services and offers to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain customer and call records.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi & English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
