Job Description
Sales Generation: Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to visit the clinic/ hospital for treatment.
Product Explanation: Explain product features, health benefits, and usage instructions clearly.
Lead Management: Handle inbound queries and follow up on leads from campaigns to close sales.
Customer Relationship: Build rapport, address grievances, and provide a positive customer experience to encourage repeat business.
Targets & Reporting: Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records of calls in a CRM system
