Job Description

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our Travel & Tourism team.


Key Responsibilities:


* Make outbound calls to customers and generate travel-related leads.

* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tour packages.

* Explain travel packages, pricing, hotels, and other travel services.

* Handle customer queries and follow up with leads regularly.

* Maintain customer records and update lead status.

* Coordinate with the sales and operations team for bookings.

* Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.


Requirements:


* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Good knowledge of Hindi & English.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Customer handling and follow-up skills.

* Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.

* Prior experience in Travel & Tourism, Telecalling or Sales will be preferred.
