Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably from the RMC, Cement, Civil Construction, Building Materials, or Infrastructure industry.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills and be comfortable with field sales, client visits, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.

📌 Key Responsibilities🔹 Generate new leads and business opportunities in the assigned territory.

🔹 Develop relationships with builders, contractors, developers, engineers, architects, and project managers.

🔹 Promote and sell RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete) products and solutions.

🔹 Conduct regular client visits and meetings.

🔹 Understand customer/project requirements and provide suitable solutions.

🔹 Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.

🔹 Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.

🔹 Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

🔹 Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

🔹 Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain sales reports.
