Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors, clients and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a professional environment.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and client visits.
- Maintain visitor records and reception-related documentation.
- Assist clients and visitors with their requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle courier, mail and other front-desk activities.
- Maintain basic reports, records and data in Excel.
- Support administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle visitors and calls confidently.
- Previous experience in reception, front desk or customer service will be an advantage.
