Job Description
Greet and welcome visitors, customers, and employees professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and transfer calls to the concerned department.
Manage the reception area and maintain a professional environment.
Attend to visitor queries and provide appropriate information.
Maintain visitor records and entry/exit registers.
Receive and distribute courier, parcels, and official documents.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
Maintain basic office records, files, and documents.
Coordinate with different departments for visitor and administrative requirements.
Handle basic email communication and correspondence.
Assist HR/Admin with attendance, employee queries, and other office-related tasks when required.
Maintain office supplies and inform the concerned person when stock is low.
Ensure smooth day-to-day front-desk operations.
