Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our HR team as HR Recruiters. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates and explain job roles and requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist the HR team with daily recruitment activities.
- Meet recruitment targets and maintain regular reporting.
