Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities1. Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, corporate offices, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Generate qualified business leads and convert them into customers.
  • Build long-term business relationships with decision-makers.
  • 2. Field Marketing & SalesConduct daily field visits to prospective customers.
  • Present company products, samples, and catalogs.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and customization options.
  • Generate enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
  • Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
  • 3. Institutional & Corporate SalesMeet Principals, School Management, Purchase Managers, HR Departments, and Procurement Teams.
  • Develop business with educational institutions, corporate organizations, hospitals, hotels, and industries requiring uniforms.
  • Participate in tender opportunities and institutional projects.
  • 4. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, orders, and payments.
  • Generate repeat orders and customer referrals.
  • 5. Dealer & Distributor DevelopmentAppoint new dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Strengthen the dealer network in assigned territories.
  • Support channel partners with product information and promotional activities.
  • 6. Market ResearchMonitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
  • Share market intelligence with management.
  • 7. Reporting & DocumentationSubmit Daily Visit Reports (DVR), Weekly Sales Reports, and Monthly Business Development Reports.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM or reporting systems.
  • Track enquiries, quotations, conversions, and pending follow-ups.
  • 8. Brand PromotionRepresent Nancy Creations at exhibitions, trade fairs, school events, and business networking programs.
  • Promote the company's brand and product portfolio in the assigned market.
  • Key Result Areas (KRAs)Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Generate new customer enquiries and business opportunities.
  • Increase institutional and corporate customer acquisition.
  • Expand the dealer and distributor network.
  • Improve lead-to-order conversion ratio.
  • Increase repeat business and customer retention.
  • Maintain timely follow-ups and accurate sales reporting.
  • Enhance brand visibility in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve collection targets and minimize outstanding payments.
  • Build long-term relationships with key customers.
