Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for marketplace operations, product listings, inventory management, sales performance, promotions, advertising, and resolving marketplace-related issues.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Amazon, Flipkart & other e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Handle product listings, SEO, pricing, inventory & orders.
  • Manage ads, promotions, coupons and sales growth.
  • Monitor returns, refunds, claims and account health.
  • Analyze sales and marketplace performance reports.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, Amazon & Flipkart customer support teams.
  • Resolve marketplace issues and maintain account compliance.


Requirements:

Good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Excel, marketplace advertising and e-commerce operations.
