Job Description

  • Lead Conversion & Inside Sales: Actively call, engage, and follow up with hot/warm inbound leads generated from social media, website forms, and WhatsApp inquiries.
  • Career Counseling: Conduct detailed physical and virtual career counseling sessions. Understand the prospect's background, align their goals with our 12–18 month programs, and effectively pitch our "job-ready" value proposition.
  • Walk-in Conversions: Manage on-campus walk-ins, conduct academy studio tours, and create a high-conversion environment to close sales on the spot.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline in our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups, zero lead leakage, and accurate documentation of student profiles.
  • Revenue Generation: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets. Drive immediate conversions using time-sensitive academy offers and enrollment bonuses.
