Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, handle billing, payments, reconciliations, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and accounting software.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
2. Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase bills, and payment vouchers.
3. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
4. Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
5. Maintain general ledger, cash book, and journal entries.
6. Manage GST returns, TDS calculations, and related compliance.
7. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
8. Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and vendors.
9. Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, receipts, and expenses.
10. Assist in preparing MIS reports and other financial statements.
11. Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits.
12. Taking payments follow ups.

• Required QualificationsB.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax basics.
• Proficiency in BUSY Software and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP/accounting software will be an added advantage.
