Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller to generate leads, connect with potential clients, explain immigration services, and convert enquiries into clients. The candidate will be responsible for regular follow-ups, handling client queries, and achieving monthly conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate business leads.
  • Explain immigration services, eligibility, process, and requirements to clients.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients and convert leads into clients.
  • Follow up regularly with interested candidates and maintain proper records.
  • Handle client queries professionally and coordinate with the immigration team.
  • Achieve assigned monthly targets and ensure zero target is not maintained.

Requirements:

Good communication skills, convincing ability, confidence, and a target-oriented approach. 1+ year of telecalling/sales experience preferred.

Location: Mohali / Chandigarh both are comfortable
