Job Description
Hiring: Telecaller – Milestone EducationPosition: Telecaller
Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Telecalling Experience (Mandatory)
Gender: Female Candidates Only
- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential students/parents.
- Explain our courses, programs and services clearly.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle queries professionally and provide relevant information.
- Maintain proper records of calls and leads.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling/admission team when required.
- Requirements:Minimum 1 year of relevant telecalling experience is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional communication over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and meet targets.
- Candidates from the education/telecalling industry will be preferred.
