Job DescriptionAusizz Migration Consultants is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, providing basic information about our visa and immigration services, and scheduling or converting interested clients.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on assigned leads.
- Understand clients’ travel and visa requirements.
- Provide accurate basic information about the company’s visa and immigration services.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients.
- Handle client queries professionally and build a good relationship with them.
- Update all call details, follow-ups, and client information in the CRM or assigned system.
- Work towards achieving monthly targets and conversions.
- Coordinate with the counselling and filing teams when required.
- Maintain proper communication and professionalism during all client interactions.
