Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and experienced candidate with background of working in retail industry for billing,floor management,team support,client interactions and inventory handling.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise housekeeping and maintenance.
* Ensure the store is ready and presentable throughout the day
* Keep racks, shelves, mannequins, and displays attractive and organized.
* Regularly update displays for new arrivals, festivals, and promotions.
* Manage staff discipline, attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
* Keep the team motivated and customer-focused.
* Handle staff issues professionally and report serious concerns to management.
* Ensure accurate handling of cash, UPI, cards, and other payments.
* Handle customer queries and complaints politely and efficiently.
* Ensure customers receive excellent service.
* Resolve issues while protecting the interests of both the customer and the company.
* Handle sales in case of shortage of staff members or during peak season
