Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
• Coordinate with vendors for ongoing projects.
• Follow up with vendors regarding work progress, requirements, timelines and deliveries.
• Maintain and update project, vendor and work-related details in the CRM.
• Monitor ongoing projects and regularly update their status.
• Handle assigned tasks, follow-ups and daily operational requirements.
• Prepare and maintain necessary reports, documents and updates.
• Ensure proper communication and coordination between different teams.

Requirements

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
