Job Title: Insurance Officer (Tele-Sales)
Location: Sector 26, Chandigarh
- Job ResponsibilitiesContact customers over phone to promote and sell insurance products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and policy details to customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with customers for documentation and KYC completion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Eligibility CriteriaGender: Male candidates preferred.
- Age: Below 29 years.
- Education: Graduation in any discipline.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Prior experience in tele-sales, insurance, BFSI, or sales will be an added advantage.
- CIBIL Score: 700 or above is mandatory.
- Salary & IncentivesIn-Hand Salary: ₹17,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Opportunity to earn ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month based on performance.
