Continental Cook

We are hiring a Continental Commi Chef for Chandigarh location.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook Continental dishes as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Complete daily mise en place and ensure ingredients are ready for service.
• Assist the Chef in smooth kitchen operations and food production.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
• Follow recipes, cooking methods, and kitchen SOPs.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO of food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen.
• Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use.
• Control food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
• Coordinate with other kitchen team members during busy service periods.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support senior chefs with daily kitchen tasks and preparation.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Continental cuisine.
• Experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality kitchen preferred.
• Good knowledge of Continental cooking techniques and basic kitchen operations.
