Heavy Vehicle Driver

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced, responsible Commercial Vehicle Driver for our Bhiwandi location to handle new vehicle deliveries, customer demonstrations, and internal vehicle movement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safe driving and timely delivery of BharatBenz Commercial Vehicles (Trucks/Buses) from the stockyard to the customer location / RTO / Workshop.

2. Customer vehicle demonstration and trial runs.

3. Responsible for vehicle handling, fuel checking, and basic maintenance checks before driving.

4. Ensure all RTO documents, insurance, and permits are in place before moving the vehicle.

5. Maintain a logbook for trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition.

6. Follow all traffic rules, safety norms, and company driving policies.

7. Coordinate with the Sales and Service team for vehicle movement.

8. Keep the vehicle clean and in presentable condition.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass

- License: Must have a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) / Transport License.

- Experience: 2 to 5 Years of experience in driving Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCV).

- Experience of driving BharatBenz, Tata, Ashok Leyland, and Eicher trucks will be an added advantage.

- Good knowledge of Mumbai - Thane - Bhiwandi - Nashik routes & RTO rules.

- Physically fit, disciplined, and non-alcoholic.

- No major accident history in the last 3 years.
