Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
> Validation Strategy and Execution
> Technical Leadership and System expertise
> Cross functional Integration and collaboration
> Lessons Learnt deployment in platform
> Coordinate containment actions to protect customers and production
> Team leadership and Capability Building
> Assess impact on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Customer Satisfaction (SQDCC)
> Drive actions to mitigate program risks
> Support warranty reduction and field quality improvement initiatives

Skill of driving and identifying the concerns at vehicle / system - Expert Level
Strong Analytical Skills to analyse the data and provide guidence for quick fix
Data analytics, Root cause analysis, Prioritisation, Good Communication skills (written and spoken)
