Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and requirements
  • Provide product knowledge and recommend suitable solutions
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept sessions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and pricing strategies
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial documentation
  • Respond client queries in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, product, operations) for solution feasibility
  • Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools
  • Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets
