# Field Service Technician

**Location:** Whitefield / HSR Layout / Bommanahalli / Electronic City, Bengaluru

## Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused **Field Service Technician** to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customer locations to install, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to RO INSTALLATION and related technical support.

## Key Responsibilities

* Attend and resolve assigned customer service tickets.

* Install and configure Wi-Fi routers and internet devices.

* Install, troubleshoot, and service of water purifier connections).

* Diagnose and resolve connectivity and hardware issues.

* Assist customers with mobile application setup and usage.

* Ensure timely closure of service requests with quality customer support.

* Maintain daily service reports and update ticket status.

## Daily Targets

* Resolve a minimum of **10 service tickets per day**.

* Travel approximately **80–100 km per day** to customer locations.

## Eligibility

* **Education:** 12th Pass or above.

* Prior experience in DTH, Broadband, Telecom, or Field Service is preferred. Freshers with technical knowledge can also apply.

* Good communication and customer handling skills.

* Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.

## Mandatory Requirements

* Own **two-wheeler (Bike)**.

* Valid **Driving License (DL)**.

* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

## Working Hours

* **9–10 hours per day**

* **Weekly Off:** Any one day as a compensatory off.
