Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
• Handle billing, payments, and POS operations accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and product displays.
• Manage stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and offers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline.
• 0-3 years of experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, or Store Operations.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
