Role overviewThe Content Creator owns the content our brands put out every day — short-form video, product and lifestyle shoots, edits, captions and ad creatives — across Instagram, YouTube, D2C websites and marketplace listings. You will plan with the digital marketing team, shoot and edit hands-on, ride trends fast, and keep a steady pipeline of scroll-stopping content flowing for multiple brands. We expect you to use AI tools as part of your daily workflow for ideation, scripting, editing and image generation.

Key responsibilities•      Short-form video: Script, shoot, edit and publish Reels and Shorts for our brand handles — hooks, pacing, captions, trending audio and formats.

•      Shoots: Plan and execute product, lifestyle and UGC-style shoots for social, ads, websites and listings; handle framing, lighting and props hands-on.

•      Editing: Edit videos and statics on CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar — clean cuts, text overlays, subtitles and brand-consistent output.

•      Copy & scripting: Write captions, hooks, video scripts and ad-copy variations in a voice that fits each brand.

•      Trend-spotting: Track Instagram and YouTube trends in beauty, wellness and grooming daily, and adapt them for our brands fast.

•      Content calendar: Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar with the digital marketing team and keep publishing on schedule.

•      Ad & marketplace creatives: Produce creatives for Meta ads and support listing images, A+ content and banners with the design team.

•      UGC & influencer support: Write creative briefs for influencers and creators, and repurpose their content across channels.

•      Compliance: Keep claims and visuals within ASCI guidelines and platform policies applicable to wellness, nutraceutical and personal-care products.

•      AI-enabled working: Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, image generation and editing.

Who we are looking for•      1–3 years creating content for brands, agencies or your own handles — a portfolio or active social handles is a must; degree is secondary to the work.

•      Hands-on shooting with a phone or camera, including basic lighting and framing.

•      Strong editing skills on CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar tools.

•      A sharp instinct for hooks, pacing and what performs in short-form video.

•      Good written English for captions, scripts and ad copy; regional language skills are a plus.

•      Comfortable using AI tools in daily work, or eager to learn fast.

•      Organised and deadline-driven, able to produce for multiple brands in parallel.

•      Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate; full-time, in-office at Attibele.

Good to have•      Comfortable on camera, or with voiceovers, for brand and founder-led content.

•      Product photography experience and basic studio-lighting know-how.

•      Motion-graphics basics (After Effects or similar).

•      Experience making marketplace creatives — listing images, A+ content, banners.

•      Prior work in nutraceuticals, Ayurveda, skincare or personal-care categories.
