Job Description
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of office and school areas.
Carry and distribute files, documents, notices, and other office materials.
Assist teachers and administrative staff with routine office work.
Photocopy, scan, print, and organize documents when required.
Handle incoming and outgoing documents and mail.
Open and close rooms/offices as instructed.
Assist with arranging classrooms, meetings, events, and school functions.
Purchase or collect small office/school supplies when required.
Help with basic errands inside and outside the school premises.
Ensure office equipment and materials are handled carefully.
Perform other duties assigned by the school administration.
